Pranassge is the methodology of a one-on-one yoga session that awakens a greater overall awareness of the body. All ages can experience the profound role that relaxation plays in yoga. Pranassage is grounded in the science of yoga as well as anatomy, physiology and efficient body mechanics.

What to wear: Long comfortable, loose or stretchy pants/ long or short sleeve t-shirt, bare feet

Helpful hints: Avoid eating a large meal 2-3 hours before your scheduled appointment
